We are looking for some outgoing volunteers to help us at The Australian Financial Review Business Summit 2019, presented by BHP.

This is an exciting event which will suit volunteers wanting experience in Business, Marketing, and the Events industry. Volunteers will be exposed to the back-of-house running of a high caliber business event whilst working along side our amazing events team.

What kind of tasks volunteers will be doing?

Bump in

  • Set up event signage

  • Pack delegate bags

  • Setup registration

Event days

  • Registration assistance

  • Hand out delegate bags

  • Meet and greets

  • Directional assistance

  • Cloak room

  • Microphone runners

You may also be required to do other tasks on the day. Please note, none of these tasks are too laborious but will require people willing to help out and have a good time.

Who can volunteer?

Anyone can volunteer however these roles are perfect for Business, Marketing and Event students.
